CORONAVIRUS

If you have a fever or a new continuous cough, loss of smell or taste - please do not attend the surgery,  you should self-isolate for 10 days and follow Public Health advice.
To request appointments with a GP please use our E-Consult service as shown on the website, if you are unable to access the system you can contact surgery and the admin staff will take forward you to our E-Lite system - please note this will be a slower response than the E-Consult.  House visits requests are at discretion of the GP.  For advice regarding these services please telephone the practice on 02920 833300.

All routine appointments with the GP are by telephone or video consultation, any face to face appointments are at the GP discretion only.

Thank you all for your help and understanding this year.  Keep Safe!!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE TELEPHONE SERVICE

We have a new telephone system installed, we hope this will make calling the surgery easier.

The new phone system has changed, you will hear a new Switchboard message, you will no longer be required to choose a site but will be answered as quickly as possible by the next available receptionist.  Although we do not expect any issues with the system, we will keep reviewing it until we are happy.  If you experience any issues please let us know, we are always happy to receive your helpful comments.

Thank you in advance

The surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information.

Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.

If you need to see a GP while the surgery is closed you can contact Gwent Out of Hours - 111.  This is for emergencies only: to be used when you cannot wait to see your own GP the next working day.  They will also provide you with medical  advise or you can speak with your local pharmacist who can provide advise and basic medications.
